The 2017 Carefree Desert Garden calendars are now available at Carefree Town Hall, 8 Sundial Circle, Carefree, and they are gorgeous! If you like to take pictures, visit the Gardens.  Our entry period for the Carefree Desert Gardens Photo Contest is January.  Your picture could be in the 2018 calendar.

The lights in Carefree have been spectacular this year from Halloween on! We were in town almost every night walking the pups and never tired of doing so as the atmosphere always lifted our spirits.  We met many out of towners who couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Downtown Carefree is pure magic. Thank you, Mayor Peterson, the Town Council, and the Town of Carefree staff. We love living here.

(Lyn's note: Info on tax credits for the Food Bank and FAR will again run in today's Non profit Events & Info.  There is still time to take advantage of these 2016 tax credits.  The Food Bank has bins around town to accept donations of food and goods.  FAR also has cash donation jars around town.  The Carefree UPS Store has both.)
