I enjoyed seeing the photo of the Chianti Christmas tree.  It brought back memories of the late 50’s, in the UK, when as teenagers we were in the process of moving out of our parent’s homes and into flats.  I think everyone had a raffia-covered empty Chianti bottle that was used as a candle holder with the wax being allowed to run down the sides!  Of course, we enjoyed drinking the Chianti first, when the drinking age, at least in the UK, was 18.
