The Christmas markets in Deutschland are organized by the local equivalents of our Chambers of Commerce. I would start with some of the smaller cities in Bavaria. The chances of getting their attention is significantly greater than the big boys like Cologne, Munich, Duesseldorf, etc.

Yes, Rick owns the building.  Yes, he owns other business and he is a partner in American Federal. Rick was an original and youngest member of the Carefree "the Board".  I hope this answers your questions.
