Herbert just did a couple of fun videos highlighting dishes being prepared by Alberto, owner of Alberto Ristorante, and by Chef Eugene Knox of Venues Cafe. Best of all, we got to eat what they prepared, and the dishes were fabulous. Our motto is, "Will work for food!"
Alberto made bruschetta, branzino carpaccio and salmon carpaccio. These delicious and healthful cold dishes are normally available at Alberto's.

Reminder: Alberto generously hosted and supplied the food free of charge as part of David Schwan's ALS Solemates fundraising efforts for ALS research. He got one of his suppliers to donate the wine. The evening was a great success on all levels.)
