Alberto Ristorante: Wine, pizza and conversation with a good friend

Alberto Liani, owner of Alberto Ristorante, and his friend and wine distributor Dario Soldan, owner if Classico Fine Wines and Spirits, sat down on Monday at Alberto's to chat about some new dishes and wines available at Alberto's now.

All of Alberto's pizzas are made from scratch and cooked in a real wood burning open oven.

One of the new specialty pizzas is a Beluga caviar pizza.  When one of Alberto's customers ate it and said he got "chills", Alberto felt it was "the best compliment I've ever had in my life".

Dario gave in-depth lectures on the 3 wines in the video.  He and Alberto did tastings on all 3 for the first time that day, and agreed they were unbelievably wonderful.
