Contractor crews for the Carefree Water Consolidation Project will work in Tom Darlington Drive and Carefree Highway over the coming weeks, with the following information provided:
Scheduled to begin August 1, crews will work in the west side of Tom Darlington Drive, just north of Carefree Highway; and in the north side of Carefree Highway beginning at Tom Darlington Drive and working in a westerly direction toward Stagecoach Pass.
Tom Darlington Drive and Carefree Highway will remain open for travel; however, traffic will be shifted away from the work areas, maintaining at least one lane in each direction. Resident and business access will be maintained. This work is expected to take approximately 3 - 4 weeks to complete.
