September, 11, 2001. Hard to believe it's been 18 years! Bob Jenkins, a local Carefree resident and business owner, was on the 39th floor of WTC-1 (the North Tower) when the first plane hit the building. Bob has offered to make a speech and recall the events of that nefarious and infamous day in our history.
