Fellow Liberty Sewer Rate Payers:
I am writing to you as a fellow Liberty Rate Payer in hopes you and your HOA will take one final action to help REJECT any chance that the ACC Commissioners will accept Liberty’s amended proposed rate for a Blank Check to pass at the ACC very soon.
As a Liberty case Intervener, I have been actively campaigning with filings, testimony, cross exam at the Hearings and letter writing for a year now to DEFEAT Liberty’s propose rate increases, first at 42%, and now amended to “only” 20%. Please consider passing this information on to your HOA members and have them pick and chose from these thoughts and write their own letters to oppose Liberty’s efforts to continue charging us these inflated and uncalled for rates. There is still time. The Administrative Law Judge will not be making her recommendation to the Commissioners until March 31st, and even then you can still write and object, as the Commissioners will be considering the matter for some time. We need your personal letters to DEFEAT this new rate of another increase of about $15 more dollars a month!
Many thanks for your consideration.
