If you have never tried Lara Bistro, you do not know what you are missing. I had their Sea Scallop Risotto special last Friday. It was delicious. Lara Bistro is a great addition to the many fine restaurants in Carefree.

Hi Lyn,
I like the posting of the town businesses. Most I know, but a few I didn't. Nice touch. Thanks for taking the time to post the businesses.
Hugs,
Pam DiPietro
Thank you for sharing this. It’s especially enlightening since I read on a CCINB post regarding the City of Phoenix approving a tract of 470 homes along the Sonoran Desert Drive but now the developer has requested a zone change to now accommodate 1400 homes on the same area. How can we keep squeezing in more and more density when our water supply is so compromised? What are our politicians thinking? Or are they? Definitely a matter of someone’s pocket book.

(Lyn's note: The Phoenix politicians have a long history of this behavior.)
Hi Lyn,
I also want to express my thanks for all your newsletters with helpful information about Carefree. Also so enjoy the beautiful photos your husband takes as well!

Lyn, In my opinion. If there is a charge for the exhibit it makes it more desirable to see. In my opinion the charge for the exhibit should be $20.00 for the day and $35.00 for a season pass to get in. That would be for a person or a family of up to 6. Fence the whole thing. Have it in the gardens with satellite features such as Spanish Village. Have wrist bands for admission with different colors for each day and for a season pass. There could also be some features at the Basha/Ace/UPS, etc location.
