After a 4-1/2 hour lumbar spine surgery, which ended up being moved up to November 4th, and a month in the hospital and the rehab center (the PT finished off my knee that needs replacing and I am unable to walk at all until it gets replaced. I have to wait a while between major surgeries, the back and the knee), you will be getting just Herbert's videos of the Council meetings from Carefree Truth as I am only up to spending a limited amount of time sitting in the wheel chair in front of my computer for the time being. Due to the mid-term election, the November Council meeting was held the last Tuesday in October, rather than the first Tuesday in November, so there were 2 in October. I sent out the videos from the one on October 4th in the previous issue. Here are the ones from October 25th and December 6th. December 6th included the swearing in ceremony for the new Mayor and Council. The videos are broken down into agenda items for your convenience.
