Former Carefree Councilman Vince D'Aliesio's Varsity Sports Show aired an episode on their YouTube channel on the 4th of July that began in Carefree with Vince interviewing Mayor John Crane about his service in the Navy Submarine branch. Vince's Varsity Sports Show's student interns interviewed other military veterans, one of whom was Carefree resident Mike Wold, throughout the rest of the show. It ended with Vince and the Mayor chatting again.
